Audemars Piguet keeps a strong presence in the golfing world

The oldest fine watchmaking manufacturer from Switzerland has maintained its prominence in supporting the renowned and young golfers

Fresh from celebrating the recent win of the Audemars Piguet golf ambassador Danny Willett, the luxury watch brand marked the joining of three young talented golfers under its wing.

There is Byeong Hun An who was named “Rookie of the Year” on the European Tour in 2015 and the youngest winner of the US Amateur Championship; the Argentinian sportsman Emiliano Grillo who joined the elite of the PGA Tour in October 2015 when he made a name for himself. Emiliano’s incredible drive and competitor’s mentality enabled him to win his very first tournament at the Frys.com Open in California; and the Italian Renato Paratore, who has enjoyed a stunning string of successes, winning five events as an amateur, including the Orange Bowl Junior in Miami and the gold medal at the Youth Olympic Games in China, also joins Audemars Piguet. He joined the European Tour at the end of 2014, and in July 2015, the teenager became the first player in the history of the French Open to score a four on every single one of the 18 holes.

Danny, Ben, Emiliano and Renato are now part of the Audemars Piguet Dream Team of golf ambassadors composed of Keegan Bradley, Darren Clarke, Victor Dubuisson, Miguel Ángel Jiménez, Louis Oosthuizen, Ian Poulter, Henrik Stenson, Peter Uihlein, Lee Westwood and Bernd Wiesberger. Individually and together, they embody Audemars Piguet’s brand philosophy “To break the rules, you must first master them”.
