Frederique Constant and Alpina launch Horological Smartwatch

Powered by MotionX®, the Swiss Horological Smartwatch is capable of bi-directional communication and automatic synchronization with iPhone and Android apps. At once modern and classic, the timepiece does not feature a digital screen, but instead has beautiful laser cut hands on the dial, which displays information in analogue form. Equipped with a range of functions, Geneva based luxury watch manufacturer, Frederique Constant and Alpina, the Swiss sports watch manufacturer, will offer the Horological Smartwatch in over ten models for both men and women, from June 2015. CEO of Alpina, Guido Benedini believes the Smartwatch is a revolution for watch industry as it is designed to improve personal lifestyle and fitness choices.
