Montblanc announces winners of 25th Montblanc de la Culture Arts Patronage Awards

With its origins in the culture of writing, Montblanc honours modern-day patrons of arts. Recognising that the arts cannot flourish without the support of committed individuals, the Montblanc Cultural Foundation introduced in 1992 an award to honour modern-day patrons of art. Every year since, the prestigious Montblanc de la Culture Arts Patronage Award reinforces the importance of patronage in making arts and culture accessible to broader audiences. The 2016 Patron of Art Limited Edition writing instrument is a personal homage to the outstanding legacy of one of the most influential art collectors and exhibitors of 20th century art, Peggy Guggenheim. This year, sixteen patrons from around the world are being honoured.
