The Address showcases deLaCour timepieces

Luxury timepiece Manufacture, deLaCour fortifies its presence in the United Arab Emirates with its stunning hand-crafted watch collection on display at its new boutique in The Address Dubai Mall

In 1989, friends Alfred Terzibachian and Louai Kuzbari were introduced to Pierre Koukjian, an established jewellery designer; together they forged a solid friendship which expanded into the formation of a successful Swiss enterprise in 2003 and named it deLaCour. In the last few years, deLaCour has stepped up its game, working tirelessly on quality control to make sure its clientele only get bespoke pieces de résistance.

deLaCour is renowned for the complicated movements and distinct models that are created each year.  Its award winning slogan, “Since Tomorrow” defines a notion of consistently innovative modernism, self-expression and superiority which can only be achieved through the limited timepieces it produces. deLaCour proudly ensures that this slogan is etched onto every dial it as a reminder of its excellence.

The latest boutique is showcasing an array of limited edition watches, some of which are mentioned here:

The Leap Classic Baguette, a variation of the leap classic, is enhanced with infinite feminine curves and luminescent mother-of-pearl dial. Crafted in steel or 18K rose gold, it comes with a choice of diamonds, rubies, and yellow, pink or green baguette sapphires. Slender hour, minute and seconds hands circle to signal the time, pointing to large roman numerals that dominate the black dial. The timepiece is water-resistant to a depth of 50 metres.

The steel-cased Bichrono Tech hosts the strongest embodiment for the most iconic deLaCour automatic movements. Powered by two movements, it has a bolder, more technical dial, where an inticate filigree of steel wires mingle in the background. The dual dials display the time and date in two different time zones making it the perfect choice for the frequent traveller. The heart of the Bichrono Tech beats at 28.800 vibrations per hour, and each one of its distinctive movements is equipped with a blue rotor. The watch is water-resistant to a depth of 30 metres.

The City Ego Episode has a beautiful architectural variation featured on its sunken dial. The structure of the dial resembles a Roman arena, where the digits are drawn into the centre, giving the impression of it floating in space. The robust hour and minute hands are set off by the bright red seconds’ hand that adds a splash of colour to the otherwise subtle shades of black and grey. The chronograph timepiece can be worn with a sleek or sporty look and comes in a fusion of PVD titanium and pink gold. The watch is water-resistant to a depth of 50 metres.
