The Oscars shine the spotlight on Chopard jewels

The 87th Academy Awards ceremony honoured the best films of 2014 and took place on the 22nd of February, 2015, in Hollywood where guests sparkled under the spotlight in Chopard jewels

Oscar winner of Best Actress for her role in ‘Still Alice’, Julianne Moore chose to walk the Red Carpet wearing a pair of diamond earrings featuring 14.38 carats of pear-shaped diamonds, a diamond ring featuring a 4.22 carat marquise-cut diamond, and a diamond ring featuring a 10.06 carat square step-cut diamond, all of which belong to the Chopard High Jewellery Collection and are set in 18k white gold. Meanwhile, French actress, Marion Cotillard selected to wear a ring featuring a 6.23 carat yellow diamond highlighted by 0.93 carats of white diamonds set in platinum and 18k yellow gold and a pair of diamond earrings, both from the Chopard High Jewellery Collection.

Kenyan-Mexican actress, Lupita Nyong’o, was seen posing on the Red Carpet wearing a pair of diamond earrings featuring 18 carats of pear-shaped diamonds from the Solitaire Collection, a diamond ring featuring 14.65 carats of briolette diamonds from the Copacabana Collection, a diamond ring featuring a 3.57 carat cushion-cut diamond and 0.55 carats of pave diamonds, and a round-cut diamond ring featuring a 5.80 carats from the High Jewellery Collection.

Also in attendance was Oscar winner of Best Actor for his role in ‘The Theory of Everything’, Eddie Redmayne who sported a L.U.C XPS platinum watch. Additionally, actress Julie Andrews dazzled in Chopard gems when she chose to wear an emerald cut diamond necklace featuring 32.61 carats, an asscher cut diamond bracelet featuring 40.04 carats, and pear and marquise-shaped diamond cluster earrings featuring 14.70 carats set in platinum.
