Trilobe unveils Le Temps Retrouvé, a sculptural horological masterpiece

Trilobe presents Le Temps Retrouvé, a living sculpture that disrupts the codes of time. At first glance, this bust is intriguing – no hands, dials, or numerals. The time is not displayed but revealed to those who make the effort to look closely. Two sculpted rosettes unfold, one petal per hour, marking the passage of time before closing with a breath at midday. The minutes are read in the subtle movement of the eyes, which transforms the expression of the face, while the seconds are invisible; they are not counted; rather, they are felt, carried by the sculpture’s breath. It is a bespoke horological sculpture that also diffuses a custom-made fragrance into the air. Le Temps Retrouvé is powered by a movement of unparalleled complexity that comprises of 2,050 components and 2,000 hours of work.
