Richard Mille marks its first entry to Germany

The first ever German boutique of Swiss luxury watch brand Richard Mille opened at the eastern end of Maximilianstrasse, one of Munich’s four royal avenues. Spanning a two-storey 160-square metre area, the store flaunts the masculine aesthetic characteristic of the Richard Mille brand. The building’s neo-gothic style and the wall coverings, done in black “elephant hide” leather and Macassar ebony distinctly recall the design tropes of Richard Mille’s original boutiques. Crackled and mirrored glass also contribute to the boutiques powerfully modern feel, connecting the ground floor with the upper level, which houses a workshop where the watchmaker reigns supreme, entirely dedicated to ensuring the complete satisfaction of passionate Richard Mille wearers and collectors.
