BOMBERG debuts two limited edition skulls

Maverick watchmaker BOMBERG has unveiled two limited editions of opposing worlds; Commando spirit vs. Mariachi frenzy. A clash of themes, in true BOMBERG style, with a stylised skull, acting as the common denominator

In the new BB-01 Automatic Military Skull Limited Edition and the new BB-01 Automatic Mariachi Skull Limited Edition, chaos and celebration meet. Each has their own identity with a Swiss quality mechanical watch that houses an automatic movement and is highly competitive in terms of performance and price.

BB-01 Automatic Military Skull – Limited edition

In the BB-01 Military Skull, the skull, with certain pointed features, takes its place on the jungle-coloured dial. The middle hoop of the steel case is decorated with a stamped motif in a camouflage style, and continues, with a dab of khaki, up to the crown at 2 o’clock. The black PVD coating provides robustness and gives substance to the character of the timepiece. The Super-Luminova touches on the indices and hands ensure perfect readability, even in total darkness. As a finishing touch, the strap is made from an all-purpose fabric in a camouflage pattern. Sitting boldly on the wrist, this 43-mm-diameter piece features an extremely precise self-winding mechanical movement.

BB-01 Automatic Mariachi Skull – Limited edition

The term “Mariachi” describes a specific type of musical training and the music that is associated with such training, as well as the notion of celebration. On the dial of the limited-edition BB-01 Automatic Mariachi Skull, an exuberant skull gives the watch its spirit. Eyes shaped like flowers, a cross on the forehead, the middle hoop in a Mariachi style, a brown calf leather strap equally stylised – all celebrate life. The crown resting at 2 o’clock, the blend of colours, and the intricate detailing, all speak of the marque’s expertise in watchmaking as well as the decorative arts.

Both watches are housed in a 43mm case, have dials decorated with a stylised BOMBERG skull, feature a sapphire “glassbox” with anti-reflective coating, and are water-resistant to 50 metres.
