Chopard debuts new jewellery collection in Paris

Chopard co-president Caroline Scheufele, together with Oscar-winning actress Marion Cotillard, officially launched the Ice Cube Capsule by Marion Cotillard

The launch took place during a high-profile event held at the Ritz Hotel in Paris on September 29, 2020. Designed by Marion Cotillard and Eliott Bliss – artistic director in charge of her styling – this haute joaillerie set reinterpreting the iconic Ice Cube Collection was entirely crafted by Chopard’s talented artisans in Fairmined-certified ethical gold and diamonds from RJC-certified suppliers. The result is a versatile and ever-changing set of earrings that suit every moment of the day, as well as a beautiful ring featuring a 5.73-carat princess-cut diamond.

As she presented these exquisite pieces, Marion Cotillard said that Chopard had accompanied her since her debut as an actress and that she shared Caroline Scheufele’s commitment to ethics, so this new collaboration was a great way to further strengthen the ties between them.

Caroline Scheufele added that Marion Cotillard was very creative and all their discussions on the project had been extremely inspiring. By bringing her interpretation to Chopard’s Ice Cube Collection, she was inventing a contemporary and relaxed way to wear diamonds.
