Montblanc honours literary giant R.L. Stevenson

The Montblanc Writers Edition Homage to Robert Louis Stevenson pays tribute to Scottish novelist, poet, and travel writer Robert Louis Stevenson (1850-1894), best known for his adventure novel “Treasure Island” and his horror story “The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde”.  Born and educated in Edinburgh, Scotland, Stevenson suffered from a severe bronchial condition for much of his life but continued to write diligently and travel widely despite his poor health. Every design detail of the four different editions that make up the collection illustrates the life and works of Robert Louis Stevenson, “Treasure Island”  in particular.
