The EBEL Wave Steel duet

The new EBEL Wave is an evolutionary interpretation of the iconic Sport Classic watch that was initially launched in 1977

The latest version is energized with modern and dynamic design elements and beautifully crafted wave-shaped links that are bolder and more distinctive while retaining the sensuous, fluid lines and curves so emblematic of EBEL. The new 2015 collection will appeal to the modern, chic horology enthusiast looking for a strong yet elegant timepiece that exhibits the highest quality finishing and detailing for which the brand is renowned.

Available for men and women in 40mm and 30mm diameter cases respectively, both watches are fashioned in stainless steel and 18K yellow gold and are water resistant to a depth of 50 metres. Powered by a quartz Ronda 773 movement, the EBEL Wave Lady boasts a diamond encrusted bezel adorned with 58 diamonds. The feminine white mother-of-pearl dial houses a further 8 diamonds as hour markers as well as 3 applied indexes that highlight the prominent EBEL symbol at the 12 o’clock position.

The gents’ edition is driven by a quartz Ronda 715 movement where the exterior has been simplified to offer a silver-toned galvanic dial with the date aperture at 3 o’clock and the EBEL symbol at 12 o’clock. Smooth yellow gold-plated hands journey around the 11 applied indexes clearly signalling the precise time. Both timepieces are completed in a two-toned stainless steel bracelet that wraps securely around a wrist for a natural, comfortable feel.
