Faberge celebrates with Coronation Eggs

Fabergé has introduced two new commemorative lockets to its Heritage collection, in celebration of the coronation of King Charles III on May 6, 2023. Both lockets feature the British Hallmarking Council’s new hallmark, depicting King Charles III’s head. This hallmark is also available, upon request, to be applied to any item of Fabergé jewellery or bespoke orders made this year. The 18k yellow gold egg lockets are hand-painted with a regal red guilloché enamel and decorated with 17 round brilliant cut white diamonds. In true Fabergé style, each one contains a hidden surprise that is revealed at the touch of a diamond button. While one features a miniature replica of the iconic Gold State Coach – a splendid sight at royal coronations – the other is inspired by St Edward’s Crown, the crown used at the moment of coronation.
